通過位置可變的傳感裝置讀取和測量肉材的形狀、不與肉直接接觸、既保證了產品的衛生、又不會發生商品的變形。 不與商品直接接觸、故不會對商品產生任何的損毀。 測量完材料的重量後、將肉材放置在送肉傳送帶上、只需按下開關即可進行加工。
通過上下兩個變為傳感裝置讀取材料的形狀後可自動的進入定量切片程序。
高速定量切片機
切片之前通過3D掃描對材料肉的外形進行測量和讀取、不需要重量的信息反饋便可實現高速定量切片。
可根據需要自由設定連續切片、分組切片的每組片數和間隔尺寸等、並按照設定排列於接肉傳送帶上。
1片的定量切片
最後的殘肉可自動排出、提高加工效率。
* 所謂最後的殘肉是指最後剩余的不定型部分的肉不經過加工自動排出。

IMPROVING PRODUCT VALUE WITH NON-CONTACT MEASUREMENT

The shape of the material is read by two displacement sensors in the upper and lower sections, and slicing starts automatically.
HIGH SPEED FIXED WEIGHT SLICING
